Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Steve was a small business owner for six years. Determined to be the first choice clients make when buying or selling real estate, Steve has dedicated his entire career to meeting his client’s needs. Steve Brakefield places extreme emphasis on disclosure, integrity, and honesty, rather than simple everyday "salesmanship". He believes anyone buying or selling real estate should be afforded the opportunity to make sound business decisions with the help of an experienced REALTOR®.

“I pride myself on customer service, and doing all I can to counsel, protect, and be a source of information for my clients. Our company, Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate, has been a staple in the community for over 35 years. We are highly trained real estate professionals, and my satisfaction comes from meeting all of my client’s needs.”  - Steve Brakefield
